Business Process Consultant (Lean, Sigma, Lean)

Our client is a market leader within the Banking industry and is currently seeking a number of Business Process Consultants to work on a programme that is focused on improving customer experience, making it simpler for colleagues and reducing costs.

Responsibilities are to lead and implement:

- Good Operations Management practices
- Coaching of Service Excellence capability, putting the customer at the heart of what they do, through deployment of Lean Sigma & System Thinking Methodologies within the Operations they are working in.

Skills/experience sought after:

- Experienced Lean/Operations Excellence practitioner (essential)
- Experience of building operational capability through deployment of Lean Sigma & system thinking methodologies (essential)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to present factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way
- Ability to understand business problems and design and implement relevant solutions
- Use of established project management methodologies and frameworks, specifically during the Initiation & Study stages of the project life cycle
- Flexibility to travel will be absolutely essential
