Business Process Consultant - Contact Centre Experience

Leading Global Solutions Provider has an immediate contract requirement for a Business Process Consultant with contact centre start up experience. This will be a long term contract role based in Dublin city centre and offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in the start up of a high profile, state body in Ireland.
This role will entail working with the client to help set up their customer services function, including
- Definition of business processes
- Identifying roles and responsibilities
- Acting as SME advisor with the client and working with the outsource contact centre to ensure readiness for key milestones.
Essential for this role is experience in working in a contact centre and defining contact centre CRM processes. You will ideally have experience in a water or other utilities industry.
