eCRM Euro are looking for a BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT for a 6 month opportunity near Antwerp in Belgium.

THE BPC CONSULTANTS ROLE IS TO ROLL-OUT THE NEXT GENERATION OF CRM SOLUTION WITH THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design, implement, and deploy all relevant business processes
Liase with key users and identify key priorities and understand impact of changes in the existing processes and solutions
Describe functional requirements
Configure systems to achieve results
Validate solution with test scripts and support key users in testing
Prototype and demonstrate solutions
Organize train-the-trainer session.
FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET
Experience with CRM processes and systems
Past experience within a Pharmaceutical environment
Experience with configuration on Salesforce.com and/or with Veeva solutions
Strong business process design skills (approx. 3 years minimum)
