BUSINESS PROCESS/CHANGE MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Phoenix, AZ.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- BS/BA degree in related area or equivalent industry experience
- Three to five (3 - 5) years of industry experience
- Two to three (2 - 3) years of process analysis experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Meet with stakeholders to do process analysis on current state or future processes
- Identifies, documents, analyzes, designs and redesigns business processes, both current and future
- Define and documents roles and responsibilities, as needed
- Assist in efforts to learn IT and business best practices to apply to PAS processes
- Alignment of processes across PAS organization and in coordination with Operations and business stakeholder groups
- Gathering process documentation for current state inventory
- Delivers presentations on processes including walkthroughs and reviews of supporting documentation
- Facilitate the design and documentation of communication plans
- Participate in/support Process Change Control and continuous improvement processes
- Support and look for ways to improve current process documentation practices and methods
- Utilize Blueworks tool for process documentation
- Promote use of Blueworks tool by assisting stakeholders with access and use
- Utilizes current audio and visual presentation technologies
- Assist with document repository using SharePoint
- Provides weekly status
- Facilitate meetings
- Document meeting minutes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Create inventory of existing process documentation
- Support Change Control Process by tracking upcoming changes, meeting with stakeholders and updating process documentation
- Support documentation of level 1 PAS process (which depicts high level processes for each area and their interactions)
- Create/maintain inventory of communications

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Two to three (2 - 3) years of previous experience in a management consulting experience with a consulting firm
