BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - TELECOMS, FRENCH & DUTCH SPEAKING - BRUSSELS
Are you a proven Business Process Analyst with a substantial background in the Telecoms industry, strong Dutch & French language skills and knowledge of sales processes? My client is a leading European Consultancy company and they are looking for you to help them on a project for one of their top clients.
The role will be to:
- Translate the business requirements of the new sales support department into a new process model.
- Analyse the AS IS process flows and activities of the sales support teams.
- Lead workgroups to define processes and tools needed to achieve the objectives.
- Lead/facilitate the process engineering and design activities.
- Review the quality of the deliverables.
- Document and design to be process model and flows.
- Document the procedures and work instructions.
