Business Process Analyst Job

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in DENVER, CO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Plan, perform, and implement process improvement and/or change management initiatives.
- Develop and implement processes to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services of acquired companies.
- Develop and author methods and procedures/job aides, processes, and other formalized documents based on business requirements.
- Understand the interdependent architectures, systems, and services between multiple functional areas in the field and at corporate.
- Provide input into the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of management processes, tools, risk, issues, and opportunity management.
- Lead small teams of analysts on special projects or major operational studies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS/BA in related discipline or relative experience (ie Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical degree) and generally 5+ years of experience in related field (ie Change management, process improvement, project management, Engineering, Technical Operations) OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years' experience in related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing process, change management models or methods, and procedure documents for specific function.
