BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Oxnard, California.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Support our Master Scheduler and support the current development of the global Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Tool and process.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively use ERP systems (such as SAP) to automate scheduling and reporting process.
- Responsible for providing analysis on productivity, operational efficiency and supporting ongoing projects for Oxnard manufacturing. Identify cost savings opportunities, pulling data from various sources and conducting detailed analysis.
- Document operational processes and conduct workflow analysis.
- Analyze plant operations to understand strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities to redesign or automate processes and documentation, maximizing operational efficiencies, while reducing costs, such as overtime.
- Develop project plans, scope, cost, resources required and assess business impact.
- Work with the other functional groups such as Inventory Management, Customer Operations, Global Planning, Quality and Operations to drive cross functional improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for the timely completion of project deliverables

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- This requires advanced Excel skills, such as writing macros in VBA.
- Requires an extremely analytical mindset, great problem solving skills, and extensive use of Excel and SAP.
- Preferably, a B.S. in Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, and or Business.
