Business Process Analyst - Immediate Start - 3 Month Contract

A leading financial services organisation listed on the ASX is currently undergoing a large transformation program and are looking to add some experienced process analyst to support the business with complex process design and stakeholder engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is responsible to work with the BPM team with a new system implementation focussing on the process design by engaging with varying business units within the program and the vendor. Being able to provide high level process design work will be the core component of this role.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Prepare and compile documentation of As-is and To-be process maps
- Plan and conduct workshops to identify process changes Document processes aligning to standard process documentation methodology
- Maintain status of process documentation, tracking to program schedule and milestones, provide reporting on status.
- Engage directly with Program stream leads to elicit process needs
- Extensive experiences in complex process design
