Business Process Analyst (Engineering)

A new role has arisen for a Process Analyst to join a global force in the defence and aerospace industry on a three month contract basis.

The suitable applicant will be expected to hit the ground running in a fairly autonomous environment; therefore having an extensive background with Engineering processes, policies and procedures couple with Quality Assurance standards is imperative.

In order to be successful in this role you need to have strong eye for detail coupled with excellent communication and analytical skills.

THE BUSINESS PROCESS WRITER/ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Writing/Maintenance of engineering tooled up processes, procedures, policies, templates, etc which make up a business management system (Capture current state process flow).
- Defining the future state to align with the company's global framework and tool suite.
- Liaise with process owners and subject matter experts to obtain process information.
- Create training packages

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Process writing and process modelling experience (ARIS, BPMN, etc)
- Understanding of change management principles
- Must be self-motivated and a team player with a capability to work across the organisation.
- Must have oral excellent communication and facilitation skills to be able to interrelate with and influence a wide audience.
- Must have excellent written communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Awareness of Quality standards &improvement models [ISO 9001:2008, IEEE 15288,12207 CMMI,)
