Business Process Analyst/Engineer - Digital Email Ops

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as a member of the team that manages customer and prospect emails for all business lines across the enterprise.
- Day-to-day oversight of Email Hygiene Process. Involves collecting data, measuring performance against requirements and reporting process performance to line of business owners, senior leadership and executives.
- Responsible for process infrastructure and centralized oversight.
- Identifies and implements process improvements and drives issue resolution/risk mitigation activities.
- Acts as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Planning objectives/required actions to complete a project or process redesign effort (evaluating solutions and resources, assessing current state)
- Documenting processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and process documentation)
- Collecting data, measuring, and reporting Email Hygiene performance
- Meeting with key stakeholders or performers required to complete the work
- Identifies and drives email Data hygiene improvement
- Improve methods for analysing, mining, and monitoring email hygiene performance

Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management

SKILLS
Experience in the following:
Digital Marketing, Financial Services, Agile Six Sigma, Process, Data Collection. 2+ Years of Project Management, Process Management, Operations Management, and Vendor Management. 2+ Years of quantitative and qualitative analysis. 1 Year of SQL or similar querying language. 2+ Year of quantitative and qualitative analysis. 1-3 years BSA experience. Demonstrated experience supporting business process improvement projects. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas. Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project management certification.
