Business Process Analyst/Business Architect

Leading state government department in the transport area are looking to deliver something really innovative and needed for the Public Transport users of NSW.

As such they are seeking an experienced and professional BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST/BUSINESS ARCHITECT to guide and develop key process structures around multiple customer outcomes on this product/initiative.

Please note this is a Business Process focused role not Systems Processes !

You will be working in the Business and Stakeholder Readiness area, reporting in to the Lead for this unit.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED ALL OR MOST OF THE FOLLOWING.

- 7 + years experience in a similar Business Process/Business Architect role.
- Design and development of business processes to support enterprise wide business process change (in an IT enabled change environment)
- Experience in business scenario" development is essential
- Exposure to Value Chain and/or Value Stream Methodology and concepts
- Experience with end-to-end business scenario testing and definition of customer centric user acceptance criteria and metrics
- Experience with Process Design, Enterprise Business Architecture, Organisation Design, Governance and Process Improvement Methodology
- Stakeholder management across multiple organisations
- Experience in process design and mapping on a ticketing system would be very, very highly regarded.
