BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
A large financial client based in Zurich are in need of a Business Process Analyst to start immediately on a global project. The role will involve creating business processes and strategy from scratch for multiple financial products and requires someone with exceptionally strong business skills. This is an opportunity to effect/change the business processes for a global brand and work as part of an international team.
SKILLS NEEDED FOR BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
- Previous experience working as a process analyst or in a similar function.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Visio (Microsoft Visio) for creating process maps.
- Confident, pro active and self motivated worker.
- Exceptionally strong Senior Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Proven experience in process re engineering/improvement and process mapping
- Knowledge/experience with insurance product preferred.
