Responsible for facilitation of business process documentation sessions and producing detailed maps and RACIs of critical business processes, using Rummler-Brache or comparable methodology.

Education/Experience: 3-6 years' experience in process design, documentation, and implementation. Relevant degree or certification in process mapping using Rummler-Brache methodology preferred, but comparable methodology may be acceptable. Experience facilitating and documenting AS IS and TO BE business processes and related RACIs.

Competencies: Excellent verbal communications; logical and linear thinking; outstanding facilitation skills with large, high-level SMEs; process documentation using Visio software. Flexibility and adaptability required to align with established methods and tools used by the NFS Business Process Excellence Office (NFS-BPEO).

Major Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Facilitate comprehensive, end-to-end business process mapping sessions with SMEs.
Facilitate the development of future state business process designs and initiatives.
Provide process documentation using Visio software.
Recommend process improvements based on info gathered from SMEs.
Offer industry best practices for relevant business processes.
Educate stakeholders and SMEs on the identification of possible process improvements to address business challenges.

What are the hours of the position: Half time position. Likely there would be 2 or 3 8 hour days per week.

Completed process documentation for various business processes.

A Bachelor degree is REQUIRED for this position.

The ability to speak to large groups and facilitate conversations. The audiences will be receptive and open. The facilitator must provide the knowledge base for the group to think in a linear fashion.
