Business Process Analyst

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join a leading Public Sector organisation in their Essex Head Office. You will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of staff members within specific projects with an emphasis on establishing new / modifying and fine-tuning processes. You will need to be able to demonstrate a background in business process analysis focussing on process mapping, improvement and analysis skills. Previous experience of business process mapping and the ability to interpret business requirements, able to develop detailed process proposals along with their effective implementation and understanding drivers for change and articulating high level requirements, engage at detailed level with the business to fully understand the platforms, processes, and challenges faced and ensure business processes are adequate to meet client and stakeholder requirements and experience of carrying out in-depth option appraisals and presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Any previous NHS experience would be a distinct advantage.
