Business Performance Manager

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing, challenging and consolidating the monthly forecasts, presenting results and highlighting judgemental areas, risks and opportunities to senior management, planning, preparing and the delivery of the consolidated three-year operating plan and in-year forecasts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow monthly performance vs forecast, preparation and delivery of monthly perf. reporting pack, delivery of year-end and interims briefing pack, delivering a number of ad-hoc requests for insight to support the leadership team in meeting business challenges, critically review and improve performance management reporting and MI.

The role will be working across a number of different finance teams within the group and require you to develop strong, insightful, challenging working relationships across the business to be successful in this role.

You will need to be a qualified accountant with obvious big company background, a self-starter, strong team player who is adaptable to change, exceptional standards and continuous desire to improve processes, systems, outputs and quality.
