Business Operations Analyst - Lloyds Market Insurance - Six Sigma/TOM Design

Urgent requirement for a Business Operations Analyst for a leading Carrier in the Lloyds of London insurance market. Applicants will be tasked with assisting the Operations Manager with the definition and implementation of Target Operating Models for business operations, with initial emphasis on the integration.

Further duties will include:

- Engaging in project design and delivery by taking a lead role in the definition of business requirements and related process change for both enhancements and new trading opportunities, in conjunction with the PMO and IT teams
- Provide assistance with Change Projects that directly affect the Business Support function and support the Operations Manager when discussing appropriate change initiatives which affect the Overseas Offices
- Accountable for the delivery of MI requirements to the business and the continual improvement of the format, performance and delivery of MI and BI.

The successful applicant will possess the following experience:

- Minimum 5 years Insurance experience, preferably within the Lloyd's Market (LLMIT/ACII highly desirable), experience within Operations also preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Experience of LEAN Six Sigma is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder requirements analysis and implementation management
- Strong understanding and knowledge of end to end underwriting process
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Lloyd's practises and procedures
- Strong analytical skills required
- Experience of leadership and managing people
