Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join the company for a contractual role starting ASAP until end of 2018.
Tasks:
Budget administration and tracking
Invoice and actuals tracking
Support of sourcing requests
Resource utilization monitoring
Cost optimization
Ticket management
Documentation of processes
Reporting on operational metrics
Ideal Profile:
Education in commerce/business administration or business information systems
Basic enterprise IT infrastructure knowledge
Interested in numbers and metrics
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
Experience with Jira/Confluence
English proficiency oral and written
