PROJECT: CRO Change partners with the Risk division and other stakeholders to help client manage risk more effectively and to ensure compliance with regulation, whilst delivering strategic programs which drive business optimization across the Risk division.

The CRO Change function is accountable for

- Successful delivery of the evolving Change portfolio sponsored by the Risk Division
- Shaping strategic approaches to delivering change programs
- Supporting the Risk division by defining its 3-5 year Target Operating Model

Role:
- Web Intelligence report development and testing following the development life cycle.
- Applying and advocating best practice programming standards, concepts and techniques.
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Effectively translating end user reporting requirements into functional design documents.
- Liaising with technical teams to get new data reporting requirements into the data warehouse and Business Objects Universe.
- Building SIT test cases, performing comprehensive SIT testing as required and providing support during UAT.
- Mentoring less experienced team members.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and maintenance of the data dictionary and reporting solution.

Required Skills:
- Development of complex Business Objects Web Intelligence reports
- Experience with complex Webi variables and calculation contexts.
- Solid understanding of best development practices in Business Objects.
- SQL - complex understanding and authoring.
- Ability to understand how changes to source systems can affect reporting outputs.
- Business Analysis and Interpretation of requirements.
- Experience with testing of report changes, regression testing and reconciliation to source and requirements.
- Experience with the creation of technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast moving and constantly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain advanced concepts to audiences of varying technical levels

Nice to have
- Investment banking, Credit Risk experience, preferable.
- Architecture and Business Objects Server Side configuration.
- Business Objects CMC and security model.
- Any Java experience a bonus.
- JIRA
- ALM - Quality Center
- Business Objects understanding of complex universe
- Oracle DWH PL/SQL
- WEBI architecture skills in relation to BO Universe skills - context
- Business Objects BI 4.1. (or 6i is acceptable)
- Credit risk reporting experience
- Kimball DW Data models, slowly changing dimensions, multi grained facts, bridge tables etc.
- Experience of working in Banking and Financial Services
