The Central Business Intelligence team is a part of Customer Experience - Customer Intimacy - Individuals.
The mission of this team is among other things to develop and maintain the BI assets (DWHs, data marts, BO universes, …).
We needs a Business Object Functional Specialist to enforce the support team.
Function description
The mission has different aspects:
° The BO specialist is able to manage: schedules; security requests; provide some analyses and reports to the management; provide assistance to the final users through a second line support; provide assistance to the first line support and edit some internal documentation; provide advice and guidance on universe design.
° In the context of the migration from BOXI 3 to COGNOS 10.2 the candidate is able to provide assistance with reports and universe analyses.

Je profiel: Required Knowledge / Experience
Education
Bachelor/Master in informatics - Engineer/Commercial engineer.
Languages requirement
French Fluent or fluent in Dutch.
Dutch Fluent or fluent in French.
English Good
Experience
° At least 3 years of experience in BOXI.
° A professional experience of at least 5 years.
Technical experience
Mandatory
° BOXI expert knowledge (data model, universe design, reports design).
° Oracle database, MSSQL, … knowledge.
° Precision and clarity (orally and written).
° Team player
° Customer oriented
° Communicative (with team members and with other colleagues, our clients & other partners).
° Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
° Experience with a similar L2 support function.
Preferable
° Cognos 10.2 reports, dashboard, framework design knowledge.
° Cognos 10.2 administration knowledge.
Business experience
Mandatory
° Experience with working in a complex organization.
Preferable
° Experience in the banking sector.
Soft skills
° Team player.
