You will be responsible for building close working relationships between the various stakeholders associated with the Voyager project, within EDF Energy and the Regulators.
It is critical that the governance of the group be maintained, is clearly documented and is audited. The nature of the role and steering group is to migrate staff sustainably and safely, it will not look at a permanent organisational restructure or different work locations.

B2B Tier 3 and 4 Senior Leaders and Managers
Business Owners Tier 4
Business Readiness Lead
Business Implementation Managers
Transformation Project Leads
Project Consultants
You will represent and lead all impacted B2B and non B2B business units by developing and managing a Business Migration Tracker.
The tracker will represent at any point in time the migration of each staff member. The tracker will also need to reflect any resource contentions and risks.
You will be required to undertake time and motion data and model team levels to ensure staff can manage workloads and serve customers in legacy and the new platform whilst meeting agreed KPIs.
You will be responsible for the method and conduct of the business migration approach.
Develop and manage a Business Migration Tracker to:
Demonstrate how staff/external partners are currently/future allocated to tasks e.g.: system testing, training, customer service, mandatory or compliance projects
Detail staff capabilities, management levels, skill sets, customer relationships and migration events
Develop an overall business migration approach with detail at business unit, team and individual level
Provide visibility of resource gaps, skill gaps, and risks
Use the above tracker to demonstrate active compliance in meeting customer needs

Proven ability to be able to reach stretching targets as well as the ability to multi task a number of project lead roles.
Proven quality assurance, strategic risk assessment and impact analysis ability.
