BUSINESS MANAGER - REGULATORY - FUND MANAGEMENT - LONDON

My client a Tier one Investment bank based in London, is looking for a Business Manager to join a growing team working on a large bank wide project within a regulatory driven space. The client is in the midst of growing this team in London and the candidate will become a resource in an go-going period of change. The PMO ensures that the stakeholders are kept adequately informed of the status of the Programme through establishing effective reporting and escalation processes. A key deliverable of this project is laeding a team of PMO's therefore it is essential that candidates have proven ability to lead and manage PMO teams.

At this role sits within a regulatory focused business area it is entirely essential that candidates have proven ability to succeed within a regulatory environment; with a particular focus on Dodd Frank, EMIR managing relationships from board level stakeholders to programme managers down to developers
- Proven ability to lead team of PMO's
- Proven organizational, leadership and management skills
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to gather business requirements
- Financial Services experience
