- Talented communicator who knows how to influence decisions and individuals, with persuasive presentation skills
- Honest and reliable mind-set
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Developing and implementing business-wide action plans and key initiatives
- Managing supporting units as well as relationships with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Controlling
- Coordinating a portfolio of projects, ensuring efficient use of technology
- Assessing and mitigating risks, adhering to financial targets
- Researching change initiatives that drive the business forward, aligned with global strategy
