Business Manager - Dodd Frank Title VII - Reg. & Compliance

My client has an urgent requirement for an experienced BUSINESS MANAGER to be a part of a key piece of work, to work with project in order to document the scope of the team's responsibilities and to start operations.

NECESSARY SKILLS:

- Excellent REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE experience
- DODD FRANK UNDERSTANDING (TITLE VII knowledge is Preferred)
- Previous work within CONTROLS or COMPLIANCE
- BANKING experience necessary
- Previously worked at a SENIOR LEVEL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Owning the swap dealer manual and updating of this as needed
- Managing updates to policies and procedures (working with owners)
- Ensuring coherence of overall process
- Coordinating internal communications and training
- Monitoring changes in the regulation and their impact
- Key compliance obligations where a lot of co-ordination is required (eg meeting training obligations) and engaging with different stakeholders
- Ensuring any systems related to the Swap Dealer remain correct and are updated as required

LOCATION: London

RATE: £550-£625 per day

DURATION: 6 month Initial

START: ASAP
