Business Managers - Central Sales Support and Performance Management

Two contract Business Managers required to support our financial services client in delivering strategic change to their Commercial Banking division, focusing on process and operational improvements to the central sales support function and performance management. The contracts will be for an initial 6 months and will be based in Bristol.

Each Business Manager will have responsibility for change in one of following areas:
* Design and delivery of Performance Targeting
* Design and delivery of Balanced Scorecards

In order to be considered for these roles, applicants should have the following core skills:
* Business Management experience within a financial services organisation
* Experience working within a central sales support function
* Experience delivering change and improvements
* The ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders
* The ability to manage multi-disciplinary resources to deliver against stretching plans
* Confident user of MS Excel
* A background in performance management including a strong understanding of the key drivers of relationship performance and the ability to model and analyse performance data.
* A good understanding of the key drivers of sales performance and positive behaviour
