Business Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Manager to provide high quality business support in the areas of financial management, strategic planning, human resources and project reporting.

Technical Service activities includes: LAN, Database Administration, Infrastructure, Change management and applications support.

The position will be working in partnership with the PMO and the Finance & Administration team together with other key stakeholders.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Develop effective partnership with business users and key stakeholders providing communication and financial sustainability support by delivering best practice service delivery and reporting responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and evaluations of monthly financial variances.
- Management of internal processes and plan workforce requirements and cost recourses in conjunction with the managers and Finance administration & Administration areas.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Proven experience and background in an ICT environment and management including strategic and business planning/business case development as well as financial analysis.
- Experience in managing complex budgets and environments and ability to identify financial management improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in the operation of computerised financials (eg Oracle) as well as business accounting and human resource management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and deliver high quality outcomes.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
