Business Management Team Lead of 35+

A City based UK bank have an urgent requirement for a team lead within a support function to manage a team of 35+.

The successful candidate will have excellent team lead and operations experience ideally from banking or financial services. The team lead will be responsible for managing up to 35 members of staff, organzing and manage reports, MI as well as manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. The successful candidate will also need a strong track record in delegation and some project management experience.

Essential Requirements

- Proven team lead experience of large teams of 35+
- Excellent operations and business management experience
- Consistent experience within banking and financial services, industry knowledge of retail/wholesale banking is highly advantageous
- Very organized and able to establish structure
- Strong reporting and MI experience
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Strong knowledge of all areas of a PMO, including support and administration
