Business Management Support - Wealth Management

A leading Wealth Management organisation requires a Business Management Support professional to join their team in London. The role is integral to a small team delivering essential performance and business management information to senior stakeholders.

Duties:

- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of cost management (eg travel and expense approval process; invoice processing etc)
- Review and challenge of financial performance (adherence to budget; monthly cost centre review, finance negotiations);
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process;
- Responsible for tracking headcount, vacancies and supporting the recruitment process;
- Support and undertake information gathering in line with change requirements;
- Work in conjunction with the business analysts to assess consequential impact of proposed changes;

Experience:

- Finance/budget management including strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Utmost discretion in handling sensitive and confidential material
- Flexibility and adaptability with ability to work on several tasks/projects at the same time
- Strong planning skills
- Computer and Technology skills including: Microsoft Suite of products (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); Adobe products (eg Adobe Professional); and Database products (eg Sharepoint)
- Ability to develop strong working relationships within key client group
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
