For one of our pharmaceutical partners located in Walloon Brabant we are currently looking for a Business Management Reporting Analyst. You will coordinate and facilitate the measuring and analysing of QA Belgium capacity and demand information for the 2014 to 2018 budget. You will also aid in the creation of a sustainability plan for capacity and demand reporting, including monthly monitoring.
- Consolidate business requirements
- Create templates for capacity and demand, based on business requirements
- In partnership with project managers and business partners, create and execute plan for populating templates over 2 to 6 week period
- Analyse capacity and demand information
- Assist in the development of recommendations based on analysis
- Create communications for business partners on analysis and recommendations
- Create and execute sustainability steps for business
- All above to be done in partnership with project managers and business partners
Profile
- Minimum 5 years post-secondary in management accounting, business analysis, project management and/or finance
- SAP experience
- Solid MS Excel skills (VBA not necessary)
- 3 years' experience in business analysis or management accounting/reporting
- Ideally, also Management reporting experience in a multi-process service environment
- Excellent and proactive interpersonal/communications skills
- Good knowledge of French & English
