BUSINESS MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP, GRADUATE POSITION, FINANCIAL SERVICES, LONDON

Our client a Financial Services client have an exciting need for a recent graduate to work as a Business Management Internship for a 3 month rolling contract based in London. Key skills required:

Good calibre Graduate - with a Maths, Engineering or Physics degree discipline

Strong Excel skills- able to perform pivot tables and read data and notice any discrepancies earlier

Strong PowerPoint skills - able to put together comprehensive presentations

Responsibilities of the role will include:

- Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly & quarterly business reviews for Team Head and Executive Committee Members
- Assist on adhoc presentations and data requests from Team Heads
- Carry out cost reduction and optimisation initiatives for FI for Market data and other costs
- Update the Loan Sponsorship Committee data base
- Follow up and resolve unpaid CDA
- Attend High Risk Committees for tracking confirmations for IRD and FX businesses. Regular follow up with Marketers for confirmations pending
- Represent and co-ordinate ECG's BCP needs in London
- Booking and monitoring of certain DCM transactions
- Monitoring of High Margin Transactions for Derivatives
