Projektbeschreibung
The service coordinator is technically skilled with Business Intelligence (Informatica, BO,DWH) background required. He/she is capable to gather knowledge about supported systems.
He/she:
Receive, prioritize and assign tasks to the people
Monitor task execution
Resolve technical incidents and provide solutions
Can be involved in business or technical analysis
Manages service capacity, availability and continuity
Is responsible for the proper ticket maintenance and reporting from required systems (HPSM, Jira, ALM, etc.)
Manages knowledge of the service (knowledge transfers, knowledge bases maintained on Roche Servers)
Participates in regular service improvements meetings

Excellent verbal, written skills
He/she:
