Engineering BI 440 is part of Business Intelligence and Mgmt Information (BIMI) within the E2E Engineering & Change organization, and is active in all E2E OPS
domains (daily banking, invest, lending and channels). Engineering BI translates the BI needs of the business (Retail, Functions, etc) in specifications for our IT
department, for both small demands or as part of larger projects (contributions or on BI). To that end, we are responsible for impact analyses (of future evolutions or
regulations), definition of requirements, stakeholder management, etc. For the delivery of results (reportins, data quality, data extraction,…) we closely collaborate
with the data delivery team within BIMI

Function Description
You will collaborate in the definition and set-up of the engineering activities for the above mentioned assets, and take up a part of the running activities of that team
Running activities will consist of (non-exhaustive) :
° Stakeholder management, with suppliers (IT) and clients (throughout the company)
° Definition of business specifications for BI needs, on us or as part of other projects
° Participation in (or management of) BI projects, or on the BI track of other projects for the engineering activities (requirement definition, functional
analysis, impact analysis, process definition), while representing the BI vision (and BI target architecture) that has been defined (by BIMI and IT)
° Collaboration with data delivery experts (other team within BIMI) to deliver on projects (cf.supra)
° Support the asset management activities (budget follow-up, set-up communities, etc)
° Process Management Officer (PMO)
° Ad hoc Training of end users/ Support

Master or Bachelor in Management Information, Finance
Junior or Medium experience in BI activities, PMO and Sales/Customer Relationship

Mandatory BO, Informatica (ETL), DB2, oracle, Sybase IQ
