Business Intelligence Consultant (m/f)

BI CONSULTANT / COGNOS / OPENPAGES GRC / SQL / REPORTING contract opportunity with a leading company in Zurich, Switzerland. Experis seeks Reporting Consultant Specialist in the OpenPages GRC, Cognos field.

This is a call on demand role, hence approximately 4 days per month to be spent onsite here in Zurich. The choosen consultant shall receive a call 24 hours or one week before being required to be onsite.

Main tasks:

- Support our business reporting needs in designing, creating, testing and publishing reports within the OpenPages application. The report writer is required to document any specific COGNOS report functionality for support purposes.
- The reports could either be scheduled or real-time orientated. These reports format might include dashboards, list reports as well as drill through reports. Provide on-the-job user training to internal report administrator.
- Ideal personal skills include : Good interpersonal, verbal and communication skills. Plus, attention to detail and analytical. It is expected resource comes with datawarehouse, business intelligence, database skills and SQL writer experience

Requirements:

- 10 yrs experience with Cognos BI Suite v.8 upwards
- Well experienced with OpenPages GRC with version 6
- Expertise in the reporting field
- Previous experience in training users in the GRC area
- Good SQL skills
- Datawarehouse exposure
- English is a must, German would be ideal but not a must
- University degree BSC, MSc or similar

- Location is Zurich
- Start Date is planned for 01.04.2013
- Work load 20%
