Business Implementation Manager (Claims)

*Business Implementation Manager (Claims Transformation)*

A large Financial Services client based in Norwich is looking for a Business Implementation Manager with Claims Transformation experience to join them ASAP.

The Implementation Manager is accountable for ensuring that all deliverables required for successful implementation are delivered to appropriate quality and timescale as per the project plan.

These will include:
* Workstream resource plans, budgets and schedules, and status reports against these
* Change Impact Assessments
* Implementation Management Plans
* Communications, Training and Post Live Support Plans
* Delivered Communications/Training materials and events and post live support
* Business Readiness Assessments and Action Plans
* Business procedure documentation required for successful implementation
* Post Live Support PlansDocument and support any pilot/proof of concept activities

Skills Required
* Managed Claim Centre or Equivalent Implementations
* Previous Insurance Experience
* Knowledge of Target Operating Model and the changes involved
* Stakeholder Management from IT-Business-External Stakeholders
* Strong People Skills - real focus on man management
* Claims Transformation specialist
* Ability to be able to clearly demonstrate exp of implementations, tangible benefits and issues faced and resolved etc
