Business/Functional Analyst (s)

For a large project in Central Brussels we are looking for several Business/Functional Analysts.

The required skills are as follows:

REQUIREMENTS

-

+5years experience in Marketing & Sales/IT environments
-

Experience in business-functional analysis, modelling and design methods
-

Able to deploy initiative and problem-solving attitude
-

Able to intermediate between business and IT counterparts in a common/clear language
-

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

-

Experience in Value Chain Mgmt processes is required
-

Knowledge of Sales, Metering and/or Billing processes is required
-

Knowledge and conscientious application of incident - problem and change management processes is required
-

(trilingual - compulsory)

Dutch
-

French
-

English

TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Limited to ability to adequately and qualitatively execute business-functional activities
- UML, system sequence, use cases, visio, mock-up/wire framing, BPM,
- Knowledge of CRM is advantageous
