For a long-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

BUSINESS ENGINEER - PORTFOLIO ADVISORY/ROBO-ADVICE (4629)

The role is located in the Portfolio Solutions IT organization for upcoming initiatives around the topics advisory process, robo-advice, investment planning and portfolio optimization.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A BUSINESS ANALYST/BUSINESS ENGINEER ROLE IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- EXPERIENCED WITH THE STANDARD REQUIREMENTS ELABORATION AND DOCUMENTATION TECHNIQUES
- PRACTICAL SKILLS IN USING UML
- In depth banking know how (processes and financial products)
- Profound portfolio management know how. (CFA/AZEK big plus)
- Basic Technical skills desired (SQL, read and understand Java code, solid understanding of software engineering and architecture principles)
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, FLUENCY IN GERMAN IS HIGHLY DESIRED

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and analyze business requirements (data sources, interfaces, business logic and processes)
- Work directly with business stakeholders, project managers, developers and other business customer to define the business requirements
- Active involvement in solution finding within the roject
- Support development team on application design, logic, architecture and testing
- Document business requirements and specifications as per firm standards
