Business Engineer (m/f)

- Migration from Microsoft Exchange to Google Mail
- Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation and Documentation of Identity & Access Management Processes preferably with focus on cloud solutions/Access provisioning
- Cooperation with IT Engineers
- Business and IT Process analysis and re-design for simplification, user satisfaction, security, operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Responsibility for documentation as well as for the trainings and initial support
- Creation of technical training material and delivering training to IT users and IT operational teams
- Monitoring and Periodic review of operational process effectiveness
- Technical hands-on tasks for organizing and preparing large-scale IT solution rollouts
- Documentation of process steps according to regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Incident and Issue Handling based on ITIL, Exception Management
- Identity and access management processes
- Technical Writing (SOPs, Instructions)
- Process analysis, visualization
- Fluent english (needed especially for the development/preparation of documents as well as trainings)
- Flexibility (working with various time zones)
