BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT CONSULTANT - OFFICE 365

Experis is currently supporting our global client with their exciting project at a client site in Lausanne, which is located a short walk from the downtown core. If you love working in a fast-paced environment with a global team of experts, near the gorgeous Lake of Geneva, then please read on!

For this ongoing project, we are looking for an experienced Business Engagement Consultant with deep knowledge of Office 365 for an initial contract running until the end of March 2018.

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

The Business Engagement Consultant will work as part of the Business Engagement Team to provide Business Engagement and adoption support to the client as required during the Digital Workplace project. The ideal candidate has strong Change Management and Office 365 skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate and influence the external partners. This position will cover a diverse scope including working alongside the
end-client to deliver training, communications as well as business analysis tasks.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Validate use cases with the end-client
- Create change management strategy
- Create change management roadmap
- Create communication plan and materials
- Work with the business and technical team to support migration scheduling
- Mobilise and train key people
- Drive user adoption - of the new platform and any ways of working
- Support wider user base during the roll-out of the platform
- Utilising their extensive experience with Office 365, role will also include identifying new ways of working
- Work with the end-customer's team to create and deliver relevant and timely communications to business stakeholders
- Oversee training and development of employees where required
- Provides subject matter expertise on transformation when representing the Digital Workplace team within the projects and other meetings
- Challenges business requirements and identifies potential synergies, or alternative ways to implement processes - could include recommending changes to business processes to utilise Office 365
- Validate change management activities throughout pilot and iteratively improve these for future rollout groups
- Enable the end-client to roll out CP and future changes to their users in a self-sufficient manner

WHICH SKILLS DO YOU BRING TO THE PROGRAM:

- Experience with Office 365 and/or Collaboration tools
- Expertise on Business Process Management and IT Change Management
- Strong analytical and complex problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
