Business Development Manager - Security Solutions

Scope:
Cybersecurity is one of the technology trends that have the potential to be disruptive to CIOs and IT organizations in 2014 and beyond. Unisys has a broad range of security products and services to reshape the delivery of critical IT services to organizations and end users.

Your responsibilities:
As manager in the Enterprise Services department, reporting to the Global Service Delivery Leader, you will:
•Develop a compelling, differentiated security solution offering aligned with the Unisys corporate strategy and the local specificities and competencies
oGood technical understanding of the security solutions
oGood knowledge of the market and competitors
oDevelop and own the business plan for the security solutions
oOwn the investment business plan and meet or beat all budget and schedule targets for them
oCreate a multi-year roadmap for the solution and the implementation plan

•(Over ) achieve financial targets set for the Security solutions
oDevelop and implement sales and marketing campaigns
oBe intimately involved through the entire presales process
Define bid winning strategy and teaming relationships
Provide support on RFPs as needed
oCollaborate with sales to close the deals and get change orders

•Identify, develop and secure agreements with key partners

•Develop promotional activities to market the Security solution to clients and prospects
oDemonstrate leadership through writing white papers, case studies and artifacts, attending conferences/webinars, publishing interviews or presenting at conferences
oConduct demonstrations, help build proof of concepts
oWork with Sales Director to create sales campaigns including events, lead generation and account based marketing

•Develop internal trainings
oDevelop internal training programs for presales, SME and delivery personnel
oEvangelize the solution in the field (webinars, face-to-face sessions, onsite interactions with the sales force)

Your skills and experience:
•You have a Master degree in Information Technology, with interest in Marketing
•You can prove at least 3 years experience in a similar role
•You have an excellent knowledge of the solutions and services related to
•Security Architecture and Design
•Information Security Governance and Risk Management Security
•Advisory Services
•Security Infrastructure
•Access Control
•Identification and Credentialing
•A CISSP certification is an asset
•You have an extensive sales thinking and a pro-active attitude
•You are able to work under minimum supervision
•You have strong communication skills, you have an outstanding customer-oriented attitude, are service-minded and result-driven
•You are native Dutch or French with a good working knowledge of the 2nd language and a very good command of English
•This position may require some short travels within Europe
