Interim Business Development Manager - Sales - Land/Property - UK wide

An experienced hands on New Business Sales professional is needed by a well renown UK brand to take a lead role in a new sales strategy to move towards a more solution based sell and help open up and close big ticket deals in the Land and Property markets.

Our client's product and services are based around unique data sets and they are looking at ways of expanding and monetising them in different ways and adding value to their customer's business.

They need an individual with an expert domain knowledge of the Land and/or Property markets and has a track record of selling big ticket and/or complex solutions (circa £1 mill) into this space.

It is a new business focused sell, so needs someone who has the expertise to go to market and open new revenue channels.

This role will initially be a 12 month contract, so they can assess and scope out the market, with a view of longer term/permanent opportunities off the back of its success.

The role is being considered either on a salary basis of circa £60,000 + equivalent OTE or the client may look at a day rate is expected to be circa £350 a day with a commission/bonus available during the course of the assignment.
