Business Development Manager - £50K - Edinburgh £50K Basic + OTE + Benefits A leading provider of unified communications is looking to add an experienced business development manager to their team. Partnering with the likes of Mitel, Avaya and Microsoft, they are ready to push on, and want a driven sales professional to aid the next steps forward. It is important that the successful candidate has a background in the industry, knowledge of telephone systems, have previous workings with fixed line and mobile solutions The role To generate new leads, and act on existing leads to generate revenue for the business Work closely with existing account to maximise opportunities Work closely with the existing sales department Report directly to the sales director and managing director Work with partners such as Mitel, Avaya and Microsoft Attend meetings at stakeholder, board and 'C' level Manage your own diary and using the company CRM system to report progress Achieve mutually agreed targets with an aim to over-achieve Knowledge Unified Communications History in the telecommunications industry Technically proficient in telephone systems Fixed line and mobile solutions Vendor knowledge including Cisco, Mitel, Microsoft and Avaya Benefits Basic salary of £50K Uncapped OTE Car Allowance Pension
