PLACE LOGIC is a new business that provides scientific, evidence-based consulting services for urban planning, design, transport and property development. PLACE LOGIC is a simple-to use scientific tool that untangles urban complexity and connectivity to provide a sound basis for strategic decision making and planning. Understanding complexity in urban areas is essential to the creation of places where people want to live, work and visit. PLACE LOGIC provides this. The services are delivered from the main office in Winchester.
The primary objective is to increase sales of PLACE LOGIC services in UK and internationally. This is to be achieved by:
•Making prospecting calls to contacts in the urban design, planning and commercial sectors
•Initiating and answering sales calls for PLACE LOGIC services
•Closing sales, maintaining customers' records and completing required documentation
•Arranging web conference and face to face meetings
•Carrying out client reviews/renewal calls at regular intervals
•Maximising revenue and customer satisfaction
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
•Proven Business to Business sales experience in a related role
•Have excellent oral and written communication skills
•Be enthusiastic, independent and target orientated
•Have an interest in the urban design sector
•Be able to assimilate complex information
•Have exceptional closing skills
