My client is one of the largest marketing communications groups and one of the most famous proudly boasting over 60 years experience with over 450 offices worldwide. Driving influence across a broad audience at both a local and global level because of their recent exponential growth in London and reach world wide. There is now a fantastic opportunity to use your skills as Business Development Director and work in conjunction with the UK senior management team to help drive the new business agenda and facilitate the achievement of the Business Development targets.

About the role

- To work with the network on regional and international briefs where the London office plays a contributing or leading role
- Work in conjunction with the senior management team to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Keep the culture and appetite for new business fresh, exciting and engaging
- Generate aggressively leads for the UK
- Pitch preparation and supporting pitch teams
- New business tracking and analysis
- Maintaining strong relationships with New Business intermediaries
- Develop and maintain the agencies collateral

About you

- Proven experience in business development
- Ability to build relationships and sell campaigns
- Proven ability to write a new business plan and deliver against it
- Good programme, client and people management skills
- Financially savvy with proven experience of managing budgets
