What is the role?
* Recruitment is a sales role; fast-paced, vibrant, and challenging
* Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
* Conduct interviews with candidates.
* Obtain job requirements from clients.
* Shortlist and present candidate to clients.
* Proactively source new clients.
* Headhunt prospective candidates.
* Collect and utilize market information.
