We are seeking a Business Development Associate to assist in all aspects of business development, from lead generation, to qualifying warm leads to cold calling potential new clients. This position will also ensure business growth through overseeing and executing business development activities. This is a contract opportunity with the intention to go perm and UNLIMITED growth potential!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilites for this role fall into three primary categories:

- Qualifying leads that come through marketing campaigns
- Selling new and adjacent products to existing clients
- Cold calling new prospects to qualify and propose business solutions

Additionally, candidates will track the sales pipeline using NetSuite and work with the business development executives to pass along qualified leads to close.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous sales experience in prospecting (cold calling) role preferably in the hospitality, catering, OR casino industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools - NetSuite and/or Eloqua experience is a huge plus!
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Demonstrate professionalism and high ethical business standards so, as to be perceived as a dependable business partner and leader
- Must have the ability to listen, and understand customer requirements and translate pain points into a sales opportunity
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, and maintain high activity levels
