Business Developer - Sell side team

* Highly self motivated, team oriented individual with at least 8 years of successful client-facing sales experience in the futures, securities or financial services industry
* Know how of derivatives products and markets, as well as a good understanding of the business motivations of various market participants (brokers, market makers, CTAs, hedge funds, etc.).
* Thorough working knowledge of back-office and clearing operations within global financial institutions

* Understanding of the latest changes to the U.S.regulatory landscape, its potential impact on financial legislation, and the trends towards centralized clearing for OTC traded derivatives

* Established relationships with OTC and listed trading desks at financial institutions in New York, New Jersey and Connecticuta plus
* Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
