Business Designer - Order to Cash Process

Bracknell based Professional Services business requires a Business Process Designer to lead the design on Order to Cash (O2C) processes on a three year ERP implementation.This programme is pre-vendor selection and will need individuals with great understanding of the Order to Cash Process having worked on a number of ERP implementations in the Professional Services space.

Working with the IT and Finance communities the right person will run workshops to understand the current state and guide the business to a solution led design for taking orders through to sending invoices.

To be successful you must have experience:
- mapping Order to Invoice processes
- designing Order to Cash or Order to Invoice Business processes with Cloud based ERP systems
- working with IT to translate requirements from the business and finance
- running and leading workshops with a variety of stakeholders from transactional through to C-level
- working with invoicing processes and credit control teams
