Business Data Support Analyst

My cient is a highly successful and global financial services organisation. They currently have an opportunity for data reporting and business support Analyst to join their team in Glasgow on a contract basis

Primary responsibilities include assisting business managers with:
Providing quality administration and analytical support

Preparing data for -
Monthly & quarterly financial management reporting and analysis
Annual budget preparation
Financial forecast process
Facilities and space planning/reporting
Travel and training tracking
Presenting data in charts, graphs and tables
Tracking of invoices and coordination with payments teams to ensure timely process
Cross training with other team members
Adhoc business projects/requests

Key Skills:
Expert with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with MS SharePoint a strong advantage
Experience in the Financial services industry preferred
Execution & deliverable focused
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Self motivated individual who will take ownership and accountability
