Business/Data Analyst (Q2)

A new contract opportunity exists for a Business Analyst to join this large scale Utilities Organisation based in Maroochydore to commence immediately.

The Business Analyst will be required to join a team in identifying and correcting data anomolies through the use of MSSQL script, and producing an analysis model for ad hoc reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST FOR THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING;

- SQL script development to identify lists of data
- SQL development to match data list and ensure data is updated correctly
- Manage data management plans
- Report on data updates and provide documentation to support the data cleansing processes
- Develop solutions through Microsoft analysis Services for presentation of price modelling data
- Work with Lead Business Analysts and support end-user representatives over the project life cycle.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING KEY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS;

- Microsoft SQL Server Scripting
- Developing Microsoft Reporting Reporting and Analysis Services Solutions
- Strong Documentation skills using Microsoft Products
- Ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
