Business Content and Internal Communications Specialist

This global organisation supplies container services to some of the world's leading supply chains. They require a business content and internal communications specialist to work with IT to develop communication campaigns that educate and engage the IT team and the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

- Design and develop content for internal projects across various IT Projects and initiatives
- Design new templates and visually document high level processes
- Assist to design and communicate new standards within IT
- Provide internal communications change management advice and support in order to support strategic IT initiatives.
- Ensure the consistency of communications distributed across the business
- General coordination and administration duties
- Define and own team engagement activities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Exceptional writing skills
- Exceptional/creative presentation/graphical and communication skills (PowerPoint, Prezi and written)
- A strong professional background within a similar role - ideally within the ICT industry
- Highly competent with all MS Office programs
- Relevant internal communications planning and change management experience highly desirable
- A strong bias for action
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Be outcome focused
- Have an ability to influence others
- A tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or a related discipline would be highly advantageous
