Required skills:
• +5 yr experience as a consultant in the Telco industry, preferably Tariff definition related tasks
• Experience dealing with Prepaid and Postpaid tariffs
• Knowledge in the Wholesale business is a plus (we may require a second individual with this specific knowledge)
• Strong administrative and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels
• Excellent facilitation, problem resolution, negotiation, cross-group collaboration, and organizational agility skills
• Experience in Requirement Analysis and Specification
Academic background: Bachelor/Master of Science degree in IT or engineering
Language skills: German and English Required
